How It Works

Bespoke Plan Created For You

With my online coaching, your first step will be a comprehensive movement screen and 'all about you' discussion. This will give me all the information to be able to understand you, your goals, your motivations and how you move.

From there, I will produce a bespoke running program, carefully coupled with dedicated rehab and strength sessions designed to help you improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Custom Program Designed For You

Your training will be designed around your lifestyle, time constraints and available equipment/training areas to get the best possible results without making training feel like a chore. 

Online Coaching

Track Progress & Stay Organised

All of your sessions will be delivered through Training Peaks, an easy-to-use system, that includes a comprehensive video library of exercises, demonstrations, running techniques and drills.

This software also allows you to see the exact pacing, the intended stimulus of the session and a calendar to stay organised with your training. All of this can be easily synced to your GPS device to allow you to follow along with the sessions as well as upload your data with ease.

Keeping You On Track

Feedback

I review every session on Training Peaks and provide feedback alongside weekly reviews to ensure you are progressing as planned. I will identify areas for you to improve to help you thrive and reach new heights.

Accountability

You have access to me over WhatsApp, email, Zoom and through Training Peaks. This also means I can ensure you are on track and hold you accountable in training. The best way to guarantee results.

Support

You will be added to our private Facebook group where you will join a community of runners who support each other. We also meet up regularly for social runs and training workshops. All included in your coaching package.
